you’ll also find a toddler-friendly bathroom, changing table and shower for messy play and little accidents, plus a café with high chairs, drinks, snacks, weekly bakes and baby food options.
library borrowing is also available with selected memberships.

when you arrive, your child will be invited to explore the space and materials in their own way. There is no expectation to use everything, join every activity or play in a particular way.
some sessions are completely open-ended, while others include stories, creative invitations or immersive experiences. whatever the format, we keep groups intentionally small and the atmosphere gentle.
expect children to move, investigate, make, imagine, repeat things several times — or spend most of the session fascinated by one thing. that’s all part of it.

can i leave my child at kindred?
no. kindred is a parent-present space rather than a childcare or drop-off service. a parent or responsible grown-up must remain on site throughout the session.
can siblings come along?
yes! siblings are welcome, subject to the age guidelines of each session. additional eligible siblings receive a 50% discount on standard play admission.
during tiny kin, siblings aged 6–24 months can join at the sibling rate, while babies under 6 months accompanying a paying sibling attend complimentary. children older than 24 months but under 8 years cannot accompany tiny kin sessions. siblings aged 8 years and above may accompany their family but must remain outside the baby playroom.
during mixed-age play, younger siblings aged 6–24 months may join an older booked sibling at the sibling rate, while babies under 6 months attend complimentary.
all attending children, including those joining complimentary, must be included in the booking.
does my child have to participate in everything?
not at all. play at kindred is child-led, and every child is free to explore at their own pace. they may choose to observe, revisit a favourite area or simply spend time with their caregiver. there’s no expectation to participate in everything.
do we need to arrive exactly at the start time?
we recommend arriving on time so your child can settle into the space and enjoy the full session.
what should my child wear?
something comfortable that they can freely play, move and create in indoor and outdoor. some experiences can get a little messy.
can I take photos during the session?
personal photos of your own child are welcome, but please be mindful of other families and avoid photographing other children without their permission.
can babies under 6 months attend?
absolutely. babies under 6 months are welcome at all tiny kin sessions, including our themed experiences such as doula on deck.
early months admission is GHS 90 per baby, whether attending individually or alongside another baby of the same age. babies under 6 months accompanying a paying sibling aged 6–24 months attend complimentary.
while our youngest visitors may not yet engage in play in the same way as older babies and toddlers, tiny kin offers a welcoming environment for gentle sensory exploration, connection and shared time with caregivers.
