Kindred provides activities and experiences for children, so some bookings require information about a child.

Information about a child must be provided by their parent, legal guardian or another adult authorised to provide that information.

We use children’s information only for purposes connected with providing Kindred services, including:

  • checking age-group or programme eligibility;
  • managing attendance;
  • administering passes and memberships;

Marketing and community communications are directed to the parent or guardian.

WhatsApp and the Kindred Inner Circle

During checkout or sign-up, you may be asked whether you would like to receive Kindred updates.

  • confirm that you are already part of the Kindred Inner Circle WhatsApp Community;
  • request an invitation to join the WhatsApp Community;
  • receive updates by email only; or
  • receive no marketing or community updates.

We will only use your contact details for optional Kindred marketing or community communications where you have indicated that you wish to receive them.

You may change your preference or ask us to stop sending marketing communications at any time.

If you join a WhatsApp community or communicate with us through WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices.

Bookings, orders and payments

Kindred does not intentionally store full payment-card details on our website where those details are processed directly by an external payment provider.

  • remaining booking or visit credits;
  • eligible services;
  • validity and expiry dates;
  • redemption history;
